Auckland New Ballet is proud to present their inaugural season of work, Folklore, a ballet performance in 2 acts. Presented at the stunning Holy Trinity Cathedral with live accompaniment by the Kulios Ensemble, Folklore celebrates humanity’s enduring fascination with myth, fairytale and fable. Perfect for families, experience our Quiet Matinee – a sensory-friendly, family-oriented experience with lower sound and lighting and open doors for freedom to enter and exit at various points throughout the performance. Or for older kids and adults, enjoy the Evening performances, 7PM 18th and 6PM 19th of September. Each performance concludes with a Q A with the dancers onstage for audience members to connect with our Artists about the performance – this is your chance to ask anything you’ve ever wanted to know about ballet!
