Come see the Highwic coal range bakers in action and get to try some of the final product. The wonderful volunteer bakers recreate traditional Victorian recipes from the Buckland family recipe books on the Shacklock coal range in the Highwic kitchen. Proud to be part of the Auckland Heritage Festival
